This hotel is WONDERFUL! The staff are kind , helpful and professional. We mentioned at check-in that we were on our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to customize our stay.
The room was one of the best we've ever stayed in and was so beautifully well thought out. Breakfast was fantastic as was the lunch menu and poolside service. The pool, beach and spa facilities were also fantastic.
It's an easy walk to the city center so the location is great!
We had a transfer/pickup to and from the train station through the hotel which we also highly recommend.
Over all our stay was incredible and we already want to go back. We recommend this hotel 1000%.

The hotel is in an absolutely beautiful setting. The name Ocelle which means "Pearl" Is very fitting for this hotel. The views from the top floor were amazing. Gerardo the manager at breakfast was a total delight. He was thoughtful, caring and very hospitable. You could not ask for anything. better. Melania the server in the morning was also a great joy and eager to serve.
An OK hotel, just about 4 star, but....we booked what was supposed to be a junior suite for EUR400 a night for 4 nights. At best I would describe it as s superior double. Mini bar with water only. Ordinary breakfast. Stop trying to be something you're not would be my advice and 400 a night for a superior double room...really? The 3 nights after we stayed in much better hotel on central Bergamo for 310.
The location is perfect as it's 10 min walk from the castle and pedestrian area. The hotel has a parking area where you can leave the car indoors. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is great both for breakfast and lunches with a lake view. The Spa and pools are also great and allow you to spend the whole day relaxing with a wonderful view. The rooms are clean and convenient. Thanks
We are currently staying here for 3 nights on our way to villa in lake Garda tomorrow and I can only praise the staff and hotel management. Hotel is comfortable and very clean with great amenities with great pools and restaurant. A real find in great location so we will be back !,,

Lovely place with amazing view of Garda lake and really good service. Breakfast was delicious. The spa is recommended as well. A short walk away from the castle, which is a must:). Me and my husband would definitely like to come back.
